Although founded in 2009, the story of our Company actually began Circa 1999 PGE (pre-Google era) with an AltaVista  search engine query and an unlikely friendship between Pete and Steve — an enterprising electrician and a humble surgeon. Through the power of the Internet and a seemingly chance encounter, the two became lifelong friends, sharing not just their work ethic but a love for family, service to others, music, and most importantly, an imaginative sense of humor.

Ten years later, it was only fitting that two friends who built their lives laughing in the face of adversity would build a Web site built on, what else, but cartoon pajamas? After a friend joked with Steve one night that Batman probably wears pajamas with Steve’s mug on them, Pete and Steve first shared a laugh and then the two quickly got to the drawing board developing a concept to place your favorite face on our Custom Made Cartoon Pajamas and get them to you quickly.

Every great company needs a great name. One evening over dinner-turned-think-tank, Peter's son Ryan mumbled "Pajama Face" in a Tony Soprano sort of way and in an instant the Company had a great name to match our Mission (for you Apple fans out there, the domain name was secured via an iPhone).
